Booth Registration Begins Monday, Feb 7

Earth day booth registration information is now posted to our BOOTH INFO page. Please read the notes below before you sign up. Thanks for your interest; we look forward to your participation!
*Registration deadline: 3/31/11
*Late Registration deadline: 4/14/11 with late fee ($10 per booth surcharge)
NOTE CHANGES: Please note that there are a few changes this year necessitated by City of Columbia requirements. These are not of our doing, but we need to operate w/in their rules. Please read through what we’ve sent carefully. If any of this is unclear, please let us know.
FOOD COURT: Please note that, as last year, we have a separate Food Court area for food vendors, and that as last year, this is the only place where food or drink can be sold. There is a separate fee schedule for the food vendors, but we have incorporated it all onto one registration form this year.
BE TIMELY PLEASE: We are again charging a $10 per booth surcharge for those who sign up late—after March 31—and have an absolute deadline to sign up—by Thursday, April 14—so please sign up sooner, rather than later.
PLEASE WAIT UNTIL MONDAY, HOWEVER: We will be happy to take your registrations starting at 10 a.m. Monday 2/7/11. Please do not try to jump the line by bringing yours in over the weekend.
IN PERSON OR BY POSTAL MAIL PLEASE: Also please note that applications cannot be taken by e-mail. Bring them in or mail them in, please.
CASH OR CHECK, NOT PLASTIC: Note, too, that we can take payment in cash or by check, but not with credit or debit cards.
ECO AVENUE: Also note that if your organization is an Eco Avenue participant that has already signed up, as long as your paperwork and fees are in, you do not need to take any further action.
